Hey there! We’re A&M Cookie Co, owned and run by husband and wife Andrew and Megan Tabler. We started A&M Cookie Co in June of 2025 with a simple love for homemade cookies and baked goods. We truly can’t wait to share them with you.

We’ve been married for 7 years and have always loved baking as a hobby, making yummy treats for friends, family and anyone who walked through our door. What started as something fun in our kitchen slowly grew into something much bigger.

We’re also the proud parents of three sweet daughters who keep life busy and full of love. We spent a few years living just outside of Memphis, Tennessee, before feeling called to move back home to Coal City to plant roots, be closer to family, and build something of our own.

Before A&M Cookie Co, Andrew served as a firefighter paramedic, a career he truly loved. In a tragic turn of events, he responded to a fire at his own family home and lost both his father and brother. The trauma of that night changed everything. While he loved serving his community, returning to that career has been something he has not yet been able to do.

In the midst of that grief and transition, baking became more than a hobby. It became therapy. It gave Andrew something steady, creative and healing to pour himself into. What started as a way to stay busy slowly turned into a renewed purpose and eventually A&M Cookie Co.

When I’m not packaging cookies or helping in the kitchen, I also run Little T’s Boutique, a handmade, sewn hair bow business inspired by our three girls and my love for creating beautiful things for them.

Our Catholic faith plays an important role in our family life and in how we run our business, with gratitude, intention, and a desire to serve our community well.

A&M Cookie Co is more than just cookies to us. It’s family, healing, creativity and community all baked into every order. We’re so grateful you’re here.
